JANUARY 22-25, 2026

Join us January 22–25, 2026, on beautiful Edisto Island for an unforgettable four-day retreat at a stunning oceanfront VRBO home.

The spacious property features five bedrooms, each with a queen or king bed, and will host one veteran and a guest—often a partner, but possibly a sibling, friend, or adult child if comfortable sharing a bed. This serene beachfront setting offers the ideal blend of comfort, privacy, and connection with nature—perfect for deep healing and immersive training.

This all-expenses-paid retreat includes accommodations, chef-prepared meals made with fresh, local ingredients, and expert-led sessions in stress inoculation, mobility, and endurance training. Participants are only responsible for their travel to and from Edisto Island.

This is a dry event, with no alcohol or drugs permitted on the property. Each day begins with morning beach training, followed by afternoon sessions focused on endurance work, HIIT-style workouts, advanced breathwork, and mental resilience tools. We’ll also integrate RopeFlow, Mace, and Mill mobility practices throughout the program.

Evenings conclude with Fireside Chats—intimate, reflective gatherings designed to foster connection, camaraderie, and community. These moments provide space for shared stories, insights, and genuine human connection.

Our mission is to help veterans heal from chronic stress and trauma through evidence-based stress inoculation techniques—methods successfully used with elite CrossFit athletes, the Big Fish Foundation, PB Abbate Foundation, and Burlington Fire Department, out of Vermont.

The retreat begins Thursday afternoon and wraps up late Sunday morning, creating a supportive and empowering environment for growth, transformation, and resilience building.

Ultimately, this experience is designed to equip veterans with the mental and physical tools needed to better navigate and overcome the lasting effects of trauma and chronic stress.
