Quiet Warrior Tactical Training

Training Methodology

1

Quiet Warrior Tactical Training teaches professionals operating in high-stress environments how to regulate physiological stress and maintain performance under pressure.

Using controlled hormetic stress exposure, breath control protocols, and recovery techniques, participants learn to intentionally shift between activation and recovery within the Autonomic Nervous System.

Training outcomes

• improved stress tolerance
• stronger decision-making under pressure
• greater emotional regulation
• faster recovery after intense training

5 Pillar Stress Performance model

2

  1. Breath Control

  2. Hormetic Stress Exposure

  3. Cognitive Performance Under Stress

  4. Nervous System Regulation

  5. Tactical Recovery

These five components train the body and mind to perform effectively during stress, recover quickly afterward, and rewire responses to thrive in “negative” and “positive” stress.

Training formats

3

1-Day Full Immersion Training

6–8 hour training including classroom instruction, breathwork protocols, dryland stress drills, controlled hormetic stress exposure, and water-based application when available.

2-Day Large Group Training

Designed for recruit classes or large training cohorts. Participants move through rotating training stations in smaller groups, allowing hundreds of individuals to safely participate in structured training “heats.”

Academy Resilience Training Program

2-hour weekly sessions integrated into the duration of an academy program to progressively build stress regulation, resilience, and performance capacity.

training lineage

4

Quiet Warrior Tactical Training is built on stress exposure principles developed through Deep End Fitness, founded by Prime Hall, whose work draws on experience from special operations and has been featured on The Shawn Ryan Show.

Founder Kai Cook, a licensed Deep End Fitness instructor and Stress Inoculation Coach, has expanded these principles into a broader resilience training system.

By integrating advanced breathwork certifications, nervous system regulation protocols, and dryland stress exposure training, Quiet Warrior Tactical Training provides a practical and scalable way for military, first responders, and high-performance teams to train composure, recovery, and decision-making under pressure—even when aquatic environments are unavailable.
