Quiet Warrior’s Offerings

  • Private TRAININGS

My work bridges the full spectrum of human performance—from guiding babies and children to feel complete ease in the water to coaching elite athletes, military, and first responders in mastering breath, focus, and control under stress. Each session is built on the science of human physiology and stress adaptation, combining breath mechanics, water immersion training (or dryland work), and nervous system regulation to unlock both calm and power. For young learners, I go far beyond traditional swim lessons—teaching water confidence through body awareness, controlled breathing, and trust building. For high-performance clients, we train to optimize oxygen efficiency, expand VO₂ capacity, sharpen recovery, and enhance composure in real-world pressure. This approach doesn’t just build better swimmers or stronger bodies—it cultivates adaptable, self-regulated humans capable of peak performance in any environment.

  • Elite and Professional Athletics

I partner with elite and professional teams to elevate performance through applied human performance science. Training is built on proven physiology that enhances oxygen efficiency, improves CO₂ tolerance, and refines neuromuscular control—key factors linked to increased VO₂ max, improved lactate management, and reduced fatigue. By combining breath regulation, stress inoculation, and water-based conditioning, athletes build adaptability at both the physiological and psychological level. This optimized stress response leads to faster recovery, sharper cognitive processing, and higher output across competition demands. The result is a measurable performance return—teams that perform longer, recover faster, and operate with precision under pressure.

  • Charleston Area: First Responder Academy

First Responder Academy - adding our Stress Inoculation training to your academy (1x weekly sessions) will see a significant physiological change in your recruit class by week 3. Reactions turn to actions (using executive function while still under stress) and calm in the face of acute and chronic stressors. Greatly reduce attrition, increase team morale and sustainability within the department and outside lives.

  • vERMONT AREA: Baby Swim

At our Vermont location, we offer groups of 5-7 children and caregivers to immerse into 4 week programs, learning all things Water Confidence. This starts early! Our babies are often 4 months and older.
