    Training for Performance Under Stress

    Quiet Warrior Tactical Training provides stress performance and resilience training for military personnel, first responders, and high-performance teams operating in high-risk environments.

    Our methodology uses controlled hormetic stress exposure, advanced breath control, and cognitive stress drills to teach individuals how to regulate their physiological response to pressure. Participants learn to intentionally shift between sympathetic activation and parasympathetic recovery, strengthening regulation of the Autonomic Nervous System.

  • Kids Lessons

    We teach kids to move beyond floaties and life jackets to become truly water‑confident and drown‑proofed. Our lessons focus on real‑life safety skills—playing with friends, navigating pools and open water, and knowing what to do in an emergency.

    For advanced swimmers, we then build hermetic stressor programs like mini breath holds, running dumbbells under water, bobs, etc.

    Our training moves from Water-Confidence to Drown-Proofing to Regulation Training while using water to amplify the challenge and the results!
